DRIFTING THE WRECKS AND REEFS:

Drifting over wrecks and reefs is the method of fishing most commonly used by the sport fisherman. The wrecks around the Lizard peninsula hold plenty of fish to be hauled up from depths of up to 280 feet of water. The boat’s tackle box includes over 15 different types of lures all proven to successfully drag large pollack, cod, haddock, whiting, and pouting off the bottom.

The species of fish most likely to be caught varies a lot according to the season but there is generally good fish to be taken off the hundreds of wrecks within our range all year-round.
